Register, then pick a scene
HeraHaven AI is a freemium companion site where chat is built on pre-written scenarios. Each character is run by an AI model and comes with a choice of opening setups. It runs in the browser, and no app is mentioned. You have to register before any free use: Register at the top right takes a name, email address and password, or you can continue with Google or X.
The site has a filtered mode and one that allows adult conversations for users over 18, and it says conversations are encrypted. Its on-site currency is called Luna tokens. Its pages do not say which languages are supported. The overall feature set scores Fair and ease of use Fair, which fits a site that does one thing in a straightforward way.
Scene cards, suggested replies and memory
Chat is the main event, and it scores Fair. Picking a character means picking a scenario too, from everyday setups such as a spa visit, a chat about a playlist or a cocktail lesson through to adult ones. Each chat opens with a scene card that sets the situation, then the character's first line. Suggested replies appear at the bottom if you are unsure what to say, and a speaker icon beside each message plays it as audio.
HeraHaven is on our list of apps with long-term memory: its FAQ says a character learns your jokes, stories and preferences through ongoing conversations. Its pages do not explain how much is kept, or whether you can view or delete it. Good recall does not make up for a Fair chat score, so try the free messages before you judge.
Prompted pictures and voice, but no video
The image generator works mainly from a written prompt, and you can tie a picture to an existing character. Results are saved to a Saved tab. Image quality and generation tools both score Poor, which is why picture generation is listed as limited. On paid plans you can also receive pictures in the chat and send and receive voice messages.
What it does not do matters as much. There is no AI video generation and there are no phone calls. If you want a companion that sends clips or talks to you live, this is the wrong site; voice here means recorded messages you play back.
A library to choose from, not a creator
HeraHaven has no custom character creator. You choose from a library of pre-made female, male and anime characters, and its size is not stated. That explains the lowest score it has: customization is Poor, while the ready-made library scores Fair. Beyond the scenario you pick, your influence on a character comes from how you talk to it. There is also no way to interact with other users, so there is no community side.
One Pro plan, two ways to pay
There is a single paid product, HeraHaven Pro, with the same benefits on either billing option. As of September 2026 the monthly plan is €19.95 a month and the annual plan €6.65 a month, billed yearly as €79.80 and marked Save 70%. Prices in US dollars use the same figures, so from $6.65 a month on the annual plan. Pro includes unlimited texting, pictures in chat, voice messages both ways and 500 bonus Luna tokens a month.
The free side is thin. Free members get some messages but no Luna tokens, and they cannot buy Lunas without subscribing. The free trial scores Poor and value for money scores Poor, one of its lowest marks. For a heavy user, the real cost is €79.80 a year at best, or about €239 a year month to month, plus Luna packages once the 500 monthly tokens are spent; their prices are not stated.
Cancellation, refunds and payment
Its cancellation policy says you can cancel anytime from account settings or by email, and access continues to the end of the paid period. All charges, including subscriptions and Luna packages, are final and non-refundable except where the law requires a refund. Payment is by credit or debit card only, with no crypto. Given the refund rule, the monthly plan is the safer first step even though it costs more per month.
